I just signed up for a membership online. How do I get into the gym?

Thank you for signing up with us! To get into the gym, you will need to pick up a key fob during Customer Service hours. Please contact the location you are wanting to pick your key fob up at, by calling or texting us letting us know that you signed up and need to pick up a key fob. Customer service hours are 5am-8pm Monday-Friday & 8am-2pm on Saturday.

What hours are the gyms open?

Our gym locations are 24/7 access for our members, once you have picked up your key fob. Customer service hours are 5am-8pm Monday-Friday & 8am-2pm on Saturday.

My key fob isn’t working and I’m not sure why?

Please contact us at one of our phone lines and our customer service representatives will assist you.

Does my key work for all locations?

Your key fob will work for most locations. You will need to pick up a separate key to access the Payson and Salem 180 Fitness locations. You can pick that key up at either one of those locations during their office hours Monday-Friday 5am-9pm.

Are classes included in the membership?

Yes, classes are included in our memberships at 180 Fitness! Go check them out!

Where can I find the class schedules?

You can find the classes and class schedules here on our website in the "classes" tab.

What are the membership prices and options?

Please send us a text or give us a call at one of our locations and we will send the pricing sheet to your phone number.

Do the gyms have showers/lockers?

Please contact the facility you’re inquiring about by phone call or text and one of our customer service representatives will help.

What does personal training include and how much is it?

Personal training costs vary on the trainer and what you’re looking for. Please contact our Personal Trainer phone line if you’re interested in getting some more information and we can set you up with a free consultation appointment with a trainer.

What is the cancellation policy?

For contract (monthly payment memberships), there is a $100 cancellation fee if you're looking to cancel before the contract is fulfilled. There are no refunds for prepaid or monthly payment memberships.

Do I have to make an appointment for tanning and/or spray-tanning?

Yes, tanning and spray tanning are by appointment only and are only available at some locations. Please give a call or send us a text to the location you’re looking to make an appointment with and a representative will assist you.

Does my insurance cover my membership?

180 Fitness partners with multiple insurance companies. Please contact our facilities to get set up with this membership type.
