Thank you for signing up with us! To get into the gym, you will need to pick up a key fob. In Richfield, the hours to pick up a key are Monday-Friday from 5am-11am and 4pm-8pm. For all other locations, please give us a call when you arrive at the gym door anytime Monday-Friday 8am-8pm and a 180 Customer Service Representative will let you in electronically and direct you to a key fob.
Our gym locations are 24/7 access for our members. For customer service, the Richfield office is open Monday-Friday from 5am-11am and 4pm-8pm. For all other locations, we answer calls and texts Monday-Friday 8am-8pm. If you need to speak to someone in person, all other locations are by appointment only.

Your key fob will work for most locations. You will need to pick up a separate key to access the Payson and Salem 180 Fitness locations. You can pick that key up at either one of those locations during their office hours Monday-Friday 5am-8pm.

For contract (monthly payment memberships), 75% of the remaining balance is due in order to cancel before the agreement is up. There are no refunds for prepaid or monthly payment memberships.
Yes, tanning and spray tanning are by appointment only and are only available at some locations. Please give a call or send us a text to the location you’re looking to make an appointment with and a representative will assist you.
