Laura Sutton is a newly Certified Personal Trainer for 180 Fitness! She has over 20 years of experience inside of the gym, 3 of those include being a group fitness instructor, she is a RYT with Yoga Alliance, and Certified Cardio Kickboxing through Sweaty Chix.

Becoming a Personal Trainer is the next step in my health journey. I’m excited to start helping people one on one achieve their fitness and nutritional goals. I believe that exercise should be fun, challenging, and rewarding. I want to help people come out of sedentary lifestyles and help them find movement every day and teach how nutrition plays a crucial role in how the body performs and proper nutrition is key in transforming your body.
