My name is Whitney Hampton, certified Personal and Nutritionist. I have been in the industry for about 4 years and have loved every minute! I am a busy mom of 3 boys and married my high school sweetheart! I started my fitness journey in 2019. I hired a personal trainer and was so inspired to be able to have someone in my corner rooting for me and believing in me even when I didn't believe in myself. After having such a great experience I wad inspired to help others and work to get my certifications. In 2022-2023 I found a new joy in bodybuilding and was able to loose 60 pounds and step on stage for the first time to compete. I love being able to help everyone in their own ways! No two people are the same and neither should your workouts and nutrition! I have helped many different people from just getting nutrition in check, to helping high school students set up a workout plan for online PE credits, expecting mothers, bodybuilding, and training for bodybuilding competitions. I have worked with performance athletes, competitors, bariatric surgery clients, post-rehab clients, seniors, and those who just want to feel and function better and stronger. My name is Chad and I am a providing personal training in the Mt Pleasant area. I currently serve in the Utah Army National Guard in a support role with the 19th Special Forces Group. I also volunteer in my local community as a Firefighter. It is Vital to my success in my fields to be physically fit. Last year I decided to work towards my NASAM certification so that I can share my passion and knowledge about fitness with people in my community. I’ve teamed up with 180 Fitness to have that opportunity. I specialize in moderate to intense science based weight lifting and muscle growth. I have a great understanding of peptides and the affects of GLP1s. I believe these can be a great tool to aid a person in weight loss as long as they are used in conjunction with a proper training plan. A big focus of mine is creating permanent habits and confidence in a gym environment to carry into the rest of your life. Whenever we find ourselves mentally vulnerable or when every fiber of our physical well being is telling us to stop, we must find a way mentally to push ourselves past that point. Because it's true what they say, FEAR can bring out the best of us and becomes a source of strength.
Par Karlberg has a Master in Exercise Physiology from Florida State University with an emphasis in Sport Science. He has worked as an intern at BYU and FSU strength and conditioning for several years.
During his sport performance training here in Payson, he has coached several of his clients to be collegiate athletes, and even more that have played varsity on their highschool teams. He has a philosophy of long-term development and focuses his training on functional fitness.
